PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell which simplifies a sealing structure. SOLUTION: In the load cell 8 including a sealed case 32 constituting an airtight chamber 34 airtightly accommodating an electric circuit 50 including a load measurement circuit 51 and an antenna excitation signal conversion circuit 52 and a waterproof structure 33 constituting a waterproof chamber 40 continuous to the airtight chamber 34, an airtight terminal 41 for airtightly partitioning a space between the airtight chamber 34 and the waterproof chamber 40 is provided between the sealed case 32 and the waterproof structure 33. The airtight terminal 41 includes a signal conduction pin 44 having one end side disposed at the airtight chamber 34 side and the other end side disposed at the waterproof chamber 40 side and an electric power conduction pin 45 having one end side disposed at the airtight chamber 34 side in an insulated state from the signal conduction pin 44 and the other end side disposed at the waterproof chamber 40 side. The one end side of the signal conduction pin 44 and the antenna excitation signal conversion circuit 52 are connected so that signal transmission is allowed, and the one end side of the electric power conduction pin 45 is connected to the electric circuit 50 so that electric power transmission is allowed.
