ANTIMICROBIAL POLYESTER FIBER WITH A MODIFIED CROSS-SECTION AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: An antibacterial deformed section polyester fiber and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to manufacture the adsorption and dry properties of sweat and deformed section polyester fabric which has excellent antibacterial characteristic in excellent radiation and operation. CONSTITUTION: A dried silvix polyester chip is heated in approximately 270~300 degree in extruder. Polymer purified with the filter is supplied to a nozzle. The polymer is discharged from a pore of a spinneret. A filament is frozen. The oil is given to the filament. A winder winds the filament. A stretch-false twist process of a POY(Partially Oriented Yarn) is performed.
