PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for changing a diaper, which is unfolded together with a diaper, and substantially reduces a work needed for changing a diaper. SOLUTION: A joining means 3 is provided at least on both sides in the width direction and on a lower side in the vertical direction of a sheet material 2. Both sides of back side of a paper diaper 10 whose main diaper is two-folded in the front/back direction can be attached detachably to the means 3. In the state where the diaper 10 whose body is two-folded in the front/back direction is connected to the means 3, after both side parts in the width direction of the sheet material 2 is three-folded with both sides of the diaper back side overlapping with the center part, the sheet 1 is so folded in the vertical direction that its bottom side is folded to upwardly overlap with the center part with the diaper 10, the upper side is three-folded to overlap with its top face, and the upper side is connected detachably relative to the back face of the sheet material 2 as an open end for individual packaging.
