The invention relates to a cutting nippers for plastic tubes, comprising two shear-type arms hinged together by means of a shaft (3). According to the invention, the wider outer arm (2) receives a removable first pin (5) close to the aforementioned pivot shaft (3), said pin serving as a rotation shaft for the blade (6) which is also connected to the other arm (1) by means of a tilting roller or a second pin (9) provided on same. Said roller moves in a long groove or hole (10) which is provided in the blade and which is open at the inner end thereof. In this way, the blade can be replaced very quickly and easily simply by removing the first pin (5) so that the blade (6) is freed and can move until the roller associated with the second pin (9) is disengaged from the groove (10).
