PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoreceptor which has improved surface scratch resistance and wear resistance and improves image deletion and image blurring apt to occur in a high temperature and high humidity environment or the like to allow a high durability and high quality electrophotographic image to be obtained, and an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge which use the organic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The organic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer and a protection layer over the photosensitive layer, on a conductive support, and the protection layer contains a composition obtained by reaction between a curable compound having an oxidation prevention structure and a curable compound having no oxidation prevention structures.
