MULTIBAND ANTENNA USING METAMATERIAL AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A multiband antenna using material and a communication apparatus comprising the same are provided to control the parallel capacitance between a radiation patch and a substrate by adding a capacitive coupling device between the radiation patch and the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A feed line(320) is formed on the one side of a carrier. A radiation patch(330) is formed on the upper side of the carrier the radiation patch has one side connected to the feed line and is operated as antenna radiator. A stub is formed on one side of the carrier and has one side connected to the other side of the radiation patch. The stub has the other side connected to the ground of a substrate having the carrier mounted thereon.
