PURPOSE: An anion emission lamp is provided to overcome problems related to the contamination of the surface of a glass tube by arranging an anion emission hole on the lateral side and the lower corner of the lamp. CONSTITUTION: Common electric power is applied to a housing. A case(120) is combined with the housing, and an anion emission hole(122) is formed on the lower corner of the case. A first vent is formed on the center of the case. A glass tube(130) is installed on the lower side of the case. A cover is installed for the glass tube. A second vent is formed on the end of the cover. Common electric power is applied to a lamp circuit board. The power is rectified and illuminates the glass tube.
