PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch resistance resin plate excellent in impact resistance and having a charge protective performance, and to provide a display window protective plate of a personal digital assistant using the same. SOLUTION: The scratch resistance resin plate is formed by forming a cured coating on one surface of a resin substrate. The cured coating is formed by curing a curable coating composition comprising: a compound (A) having at least one group represented by general formula (I) in the molecule; a compound (B) having at least two (meth)acryloyloxy groups in the molecule; and a conductive microparticle. The display window protective plate of a personal digital assistant is composed of the scratch resistance resin plate. In the general formula, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each the same group or a different group from each other, and denote a hydrogen atom, or 1-4C linear or branched alkyl group; R<SB>3</SB>denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and n denotes an integer of 1 to 10.
