PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of inferior paper winding as much as possible and to prevent paper cut in the winding. SOLUTION: A toilet paper roll has a paper width and paper tube length L of 100 to 114±2 mm, and is so constituted that the toilet paper is wound around the whole circumference and the whole length of the paper tube 1, or substantially the whole part of both the ends excluding a length range of 40-65% of the central part of the axial direction via paste A.
