<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film which has excellent transmission property in a wide incident angle range in glass with high refractive index, and in which flare, ghost or the like less occur, and which has excellent burn prevention effect, and to provide an optical component having the antireflection film. <P>SOLUTION: In the antireflection film formed on a substrate, a refractive index of the substrate is 1.6-1.98 in a wavelength of 400-700 nm, a first layer has alumina as main component and has an optical film thickness of 25-120 nm, a second layer has a refractive index of 1.84-2.3 and has an optical film thickness of 27.5-55 nm, a third layer has a refractive index of 1.33-1.49 and has an optical film thickness of 50-75 nm, a fourth layer has a refractive index of 1.95-2.25 and has an optical film thickness of 40-62.5 nm, a fifth layer has a refractive index of 1.33-1.47 and has an optical film thickness of 87.5-132.5 nm, a sixth layer has a refractive index of 1.7-2.4 and has an optical film thickness of 11-27 nm, and a seventh layer is a porous layer which has silica as main component and has an optical film thickness of 120-180 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
