<p>PURPOSE: A head gimbal assembly and a manufacturing method thereof, a hard disc device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of characteristics resulting from irregular or inverted direction of piezoelectric polarization. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a head gimbal assembly comprises a step of preparing a thin film piezoelectric actuator(S101), a step of preparing a suspension(S103), a fixing step(S105), a first re-polarization step(S109), and a second re-polarization step(S111). The thin film piezoelectric actuator comprises a first piezoelectric laminate including a first piezoelectric layer and a second piezoelectric laminate including a second piezoelectric layer. The suspension comprises a first electrode part, a first conductive element, a second electrode part, and a second conductive element.</p> |
