Method for evaluation of effectiveness of effect of immunotherapy on functional state of channel nephrotelium in children suffering with glomerulonephritis with nephritic syndrome at which activity of lizosomic channel ferment &bgr;-galactozidase is determined with colorimetric method in urine of children after completeing course of treatment and if values of activity of that ferment are equal to its physiological levels from 4.5 to 14.6 mkmol/h/mmol of creatinin (at average value 9.6 ± 0.7 mkmol/h/mmol of creatinin) or are somewhat higher than the upper limit of its physiological oscillations effect of immunotrophic therapy on functional state of channel nephrotelium is accessed as good, is values of activity of that ferment exceed its average value 3-4 times – satisfactory, and 7-8 and more times – unsatisfactory.
