PURPOSE: A handle of an elevator is provided to function as a temporary seat by moving between a handle function position and a seat function position. CONSTITUTION: A handle of an elevator comprises a handle part(11), arms(12), a fixing bracket(13), and a locking unit(20). The arms are installed on both ends of the handle part. The fixing bracket is fixed to a wall of an elevator corresponding to the arms and supports the arms to rotate between a handle function position and a seat function position lower than the handle function position. The locking unit locks or releases the handle part in the handle function position. The locking unit comprises a locking bracket(21) fixed to an elevator wall, a case with a through hole in which the locking bracket is inserted, a locking member installed within the case, an elastic member applying an elastic force to maintain the locking member in the locking position, and a lock release unit.
