<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller capable of reducing fogging over a long period of time even under a high temperature and high humidity environment, and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus capable of providing a high quality image. <P>SOLUTION: The developing roller has a shaft core 1 and a resin layer around the shaft core. The binder component of the outermost resin layer 3 is composed of at least one kind of resin component selected from among polyester resin, polyurethane resin, urea resin, polycarbonate resin, melamine resin, phenolic resin, and polyamide resin, and further the resin layer 3 contains alkyl isocyanate modified polyethylene imine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
