<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer replenishing device which has high degree of freedom in layout, has high durability and performs successful conveyance of developer even when uniaxial eccentric screw pumps which are comparatively inexpensive and conveys a large amount of developer are used by intermittent operations. <P>SOLUTION: The developer replenishing devices 200Y-200K which replenish the developer T to developing devices 56Y-56K have: uniaxial eccentric screw pumps 30Y-30K which suck the developer discharged from containers 1Y-1K in which the developer is stored to developer accumulation parts 7Y-7K; and developer conveyance paths 20Y-20K which convey the developer sucked by the uniaxial eccentric screw pump to the developing devices. The uniaxial eccentric screw pumps have: elastic stators 33Y-33K having penetrating elliptic holes 33Y1-33K1 in the uniaxial eccentric shapes; rotors 32Y-32K whose cross-sections are the uniaxial eccentric circles, which extend in the penetration direction of the elliptic holes, and are arranged in the elliptic holes to be rotated; and restriction means 400Y-400K which restrict deformation of the stators in the penetration direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
