<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a dust proofing effect, to improve maintenance properties, and to a reduce pressure loss in a filter device for a working machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device includes a duct member 3 including a bending part 2 bending a flow direction of cooling air at least from a lower direction to an upper direction, a water storage part 4 storing water at a bottom surface of the bending part 2 in a duct member 3, and a water absorbing member 5 pasted around the water storage part 4 on an inner surface of the duct member 3 and absorbing moisture at the water storage part 4.
