<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment fittable by one garment to the body of a person to be worn with various physical constitutions and figures, and having comfortable feeling of wear. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The garment includes an upper wear part 2 to be worn on the upper half of the body. The upper wear part 2 is attached with a plurality of elastic cords 4 arranged nearly horizontally from a trunk part 21 to a chest part 22. Each of the elastic cords 4 has fastening parts 5 fastened to a body fabric part 23 of the upper wear part 2, in two places in the longitudinal direction, and a free length between the fastening parts 5 is adjustable for each the elastic cord 4.
