The bodies are arranged on interior side of the tire such that the wheel is dynamically balanced in mass distribution. The bodies are made of elastomer material that possesses shore hardness less than that of inside liner material on interior side of the tire. The bodies are spherical and cylindrical in shape, and the elastomer material of the bodies exhibit shore hardness value less than 47.
