<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact disposal device of high efficiency as effects of reduction of amount of wastes and cost reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The waste organic substance is burned at a high speed by the compact incineration disposal device, efficiency of use energy is improved, the waste organic substance is burned while saving energy, generation of dioxins is suppressed, and the amount of waste organic substances and costs in a business place can be reduced. The in-vehicle mobile compact incinerator is provided for a case when an incinerator can not be installed in the business place, and the waste organic substance which can not be brought out from the business place is disposed of in the business place.
