<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit including an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder which is expanded to sufficiently close a flow path cross section when supplying a compressing medium, and to provide a pump and a pump device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The pump unit 1 includes the outer cylinder 2, and the expandable inner cylinder 3 coaxially provided along the inner peripheral face of the outer cylinder 2. In the inner cylinder 3, a plurality of constrainers 4 are embedded at peripherally uniform spaces while extending in the direction of the axial center thereof. The plurality of pump units 1 are coaxially connected to one another to constitute the pump. When the compressing medium is supplied from a hole 6 to a groove 7, four sections are uniformly expanded in the centripetal direction until front ends which are expanded arrive vicinities of the centers of the pump units 1. Thus, flow paths at the inner periphery sides of the inner cylinders 3 are substantially put into full-closed states. With the expanded inner cylinders 3 switched in sequence, liquid, fluid such as slurry, solid or solid-liquid mixture is efficiently transported. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
