APPARATUS FOR ANALYZING PUBLIC OPINION AND METHOD FOR RATING OF PUBLIC OPINION THROUGH DOCUMENT ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for analyzing public opinions and a method for rating a public opinion through document analysis are provided to automatically collect a lot of internet documents, thereby quickly analyzing results for the collected documents. CONSTITUTION: A document collecting module(130) collects documents for a given subject. A valid document extracting module(140) extracts valid documents of an analysis target among the collected documents. A content analyzing module(150) extracts at least one emotional expression from the extracted documents. The content analyzing module determines emotional vector values of each emotional expression. A public opinion analyzing module(160) outputs a public opinion evaluation result about the subject.
