PURPOSE: A water-cooling meat roasting apparatus is provided to maintain proper temperature during entire mealtime. CONSTITUTION: A water-cooling meat roasting apparatus comprises a plurality of water tanks(8), a plurality of circulating pipes, and a pressure tank(20). The pressure tank is composed of a pipe through hole(23), top and lower connection pipes(21,22), a thermometer and an electric heater. The pressure tank supplements water in the water tank. The pressure tank is installed inside a roaster main body(30). A supply tube(15') is inserted in the pipe through hole. The top and lower connection pipes maintain the uniform pressure of the pressure tanks. |
