PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a workflow including a branch from a history of an operation to a document.

SOLUTION: A history tree acquisition part 500 obtains a history tree being a tree structure shown by a descendant relation group from a document management server for storing the descendant relation of the history of the operation of a document using the management ID of the document of the operation result and master ID being management ID before the operation of the document. A history tree integration part 520 generates a graph structure showing the flow of each step in a business by integrating nodes at least a part of whose attribute information is equal among the nodes of each document included in a plurality of history trees. A branch/joint detection part 532 of a workflow processing part 530 detects a branch point in the graph structure generated by the history tree integration part 520.
