PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health guidance support device capable of reducing burdens of a business work in the reservation or acceptance processing of health guidance. SOLUTION: In the health guidance support system 1, a health guidance support system server 7 and a health guidance client 8 accept the setting of the conditions (attribute conditions) of health guidance based on the attributes of a candidate or contract content determined by an assuror or an inspection value reference (medical checkup result conditions) uniquely determined by a facility which performs health guidance or the like. Also, the health guidance support system server 7 and the health guidance client 8 obtain the attribute information or medical checkup result information of the assuror already registered in a medical checkup database server 4, and determines the presence/absence of the medical examination reception qualification of each medical checkup recipient based on set medical examination reception qualification conditions (attribute conditions, medical checkup result conditions). Furthermore, the input of desired retrieval conditions or display conditions is made possible, and candidates are narrowed down (filter-processed) based on those conditions so that it is possible to easily retrieve the candidates who have medical examination reception qualifications.
