PURPOSE: A composition containing Rubus coreanus miquel extract is provided to prevent or treat hair loss by suppressing 15-PGDH activation without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for hair growth contains Rubus coreanus miquel extract as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the Rubus coreanus miquel comprises: a step of juicing Rubus coreanus miquel and adding ethyl acetate to obtain aqueous layer and EtOAc-soluble acidic and neutral fraction; and a step of adding buffer to EtOAc-soluble acidic and neutral fraction.
