PURPOSE: A device for limiting the usage of an electrical device by converse/reverse rotation motor is provided to supply electricity to electronic devices while a main motor rotates and block the electricity while a slide unit returns by operation of reverse rotation motor after using for a constant time and control using the electronic device, thereby preventing children to intemperately use the electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A main motor(11) is rotated in converse direction. While the main motor rotates, electricity is provided to electronic device. Therefore, a user can use the electronic device. After predetermined usage time passed by, a reverse rotating motor(12) is operated during a constant time. And, while a slide part(20) is returning to the initial state, the electricity is blocked, so, the user can not use the electronic device during predetermined time.
