PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both high conductivity and mechanical holding force to a conductor and disconnection prevention effect of the conductor compatibly by forming the edge portion of a conductor locking groove in a prescribed angle. SOLUTION: In a crimp style terminal 1 in which a conductor caulking part 11 has a conductor mounting portion 15 to mount a conductor 5 and caulking members 17, 17 to hold the conductor 5, and a plurality of conductor locking grooves 19 are provided in the conductor mounting portion 15, a projection portion 21 is formed on the rear side corresponding to the conductor locking groove 19 of the conductor mounting portion 15 and thereby, the edge portion 23 of the conductor locking groove 19 is formed nearly in a right angle.
