PURPOSE: An anti-ulcer mattress is provided to decrease the pressure applied to the user's body and to transform patient's body posture. CONSTITUTION: An anti-ulcer mattress includes: a plurality of unit tubes(20) which are arranged in a line and which can be expanded and contracted by the fluid injection and discharge; and fluid supply members(31a,31b) which supply the fluid to the even number line and the odd number line of unit tubes by turns. The unit tubes form a flat contact surface meeting the body surface in swelling for each other to decrease the pressure applied to the body.
