<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology when installing a plurality of telephone servers each used for registering a wireless telephone device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When receiving a first command 44 including authentication information 42 from a wireless telephone device 18, this telephone server 14 transmits the first command 44 to a telephone server 10. The telephone server 14 transmits a call request 50, transmitted from a telephone device 18, to a wireless telephone device 20 under the condition that a first response 46 to the first command 44 from the telephone server 10 be affirmative. The telephone server 14 transmits, to the wireless telephone device 18, a second response 54 transmitted from the telephone device 20 as a response to the call request 50.
