PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of more certainly reducing vibration phenomenon of a steering wheel without utilizing drive force of an electric power steering for reduction of vibration of a steering system. SOLUTION: A virtual rotation center O of a wheel 11 is positioned at a front side of the vehicle than an upper arm axle side connection point A, and a distance d from an intersection point B of the upper arm axle side connection point A and a ground of a straight line L connecting the virtual rotation center O to a wheel center C is equal to the pneumatic trail maximum probability density position of the tire.
