PURPOSE: A SI3108 protein which is specifically expressed in a tomato flower is provided to be used in researching a protein-protein network relating to the generation and function of flowers and to reduce false positives. CONSTITUTION: A SI3108(Solanum lycopersicum 3108) protein which is specifically expressed in flowers comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A gene encoding the SI3108 protein comprises a base sequence of sequence number 1. A promoter of SI3108 gene, which induces a flower-specific expression, comprises a base sequence of sequence number 3. A recombinant vector comprises the gene encoding SI3108 protein, a promoter of the gene, or both thereof. A method for specifically expressing foreign genes in a transgenic plant comprises: a step of recombining a foreign gene to a recombinant vector; and a step of transforming the recombinant vector to a plant.
