BIODEGRADABLE OXIDE CELLOSE NONWOVEN FABRIC CONSISTING OF THE NANO FIBER AND PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A biodegradable oxide cellulose nonwoven fabric made of nano fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply the biodegradable oxide cellulose nonwoven fabric functioning as a membrane through which cells and blood proteins are not penetrated. CONSTITUTION: Distilled water and ethanol are added to acetone to make aqueous solutions. The cellulose acetate of 10-30 weight% is dissolved in the aqueous solution. A nano nonwoven fabric is made by electrospinning and deacetylating the solution. The nano nonwoven fabric is oxidized in N2O4 solutions. The nano nonwoven fabric is neutralized by using sodium hydroxide solution in the N2O4 solution. The neutralized nonwoven fabric is baptized in the mixture of the water and isopropyl alcohol and is dried in the air.
