PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety even in a case when a refrigerant does not flow in a cooling passage for cooling a circuit board. SOLUTION: This electrical equipment module 35 includes the circuit board (54a) on which a power element is mounted, a heat transfer plate (60) joined to the power element, and capable of thermally connected with a cooling section (37) for cooling the power element by thermally kept into contact with the refrigerant of a refrigerant circuit (18), and a cover (64) disposed in a state of covering the heat transfer plate (60). The power element includes a first power element (56a), and a second power element (56b) generating heat smaller than that by the first power element (56a). The heat transfer plate (60) includes a main receiving section joined to the first power element (56a) and thermally connectable with the cooling section (37), and a heat transfer section extending from the main receiving section and joined to the second power element (56b).
