Disclosed is an organic electronic element having excellent performance stability, which is obtained by a roll-to-roll wet coating process that has excellent productivity.  Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing the organic electronic element.  In particular, an organic electroluminescent element having high luminous efficiency and long life, and a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent element are disclosed.  The method for manufacturing an organic electronic element which comprises, on a flexible transparent base, a patterned transparent electrode and at least one organic layer that is formed by a roll-to-roll wet coating process is characterized in that the convey tension during a step wherein the element is heated to 100°C or higher is lower than the convey tension during a step wherein the element is heated to less than 100°C in the roll-to-roll wet coating and drying process.
