PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a rain gutter and a rain gutter mounting implement capable of mounting the rain gutter simply, speedily, and very conveniently when forming the rain gutter by using the predetermined sheet material. SOLUTION: The rain gutter 30 has such a structure that a plurality of engaging and mounting parts 31 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the rain gutter 30 at an interval therebetween on at least one face side of the sheet material 1 to form a connection face F with the rain gutter mounting implement 50, the rain gutter mounting implement 50 is provided with a part 55 to be engaged and mounted being engaged and mounted with/on the engaging and mounting parts 31 protruding onto a connection face F side of the rain gutter 30.
