PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information carrier capable of determining authenticity by a printed image printed on the information carrier varying by a viewing angle. SOLUTION: The first image is printed by a coloring ink having a color different from a base material in a printing image area on the surface of the base material such as paper or a card and the second image comprising a line pattern of a transparent ink containing an iris color pearl pigment and in which the direction of the line pattern of the image and the direction of the line pattern of a background are different is laminated on the same, thereby the information carrier is characterized by that the first image and the second image are visually perceived by being changed with each other according to an observation angle.
