PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant, light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition which achieves both excellent optical properties of a light-diffusing polycarbonate and high flame-retardant properties. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant, light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate resin (component A), not less than 0.005 pt.wt. light-diffusing agent (component B), 0.001-20 pts.wt. flame-retardant (component C), and 0.01-5 pts.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene-based mixture (component D) composed of polytetrafluoroethylene particles capable of forming fibrils and an organic polymer at a sum of component B and component D of 0.03-8 pts.wt. and the polytetrafluoroethylene-based mixture (component D) is a polytetrafluoroethylene-based mixture obtained by suspension polymerization.
