PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam hinge-type swing door which has an advantage such as an increase in wind pressure resistance, or easy assembling. SOLUTION: This swing door 1 includes an upper hinge 3 which turnably suspends a door panel 2 on a door frame D and which automatically returns the door panel 2 to a closing position. The upper hinge 3 comprises a frame-side member 10 and a plate-side member 50. The frame-side member 10 comprises a suspension engaging portion (sleeve portion) 30 which turnably suspends the plate-side member 50, and a groove 43 which is provided on the outside of a hinge rotating shaft R with respect to the suspension engaging portion and which increases door opening resistance torque in a door closing position. The plate-side member 50 comprises a portion (rotating shaft portion) 60 to be suspension-engaged, which is to be engaged with the suspension engaging portion 30 of the frame-side member 10, and a resistance applying protrusion 72 which is dropped into the groove 43 of the frame-side member 10. Since a resistance applying portion is provided in a position farther away from the hinge rotating shaft R than the suspension engaging portion, the door opening resistance torque can be increased in the door closing position, and the wind pressure resistance is enhanced.
