<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a biological tissue, by which the biological tissue can be cultured in a shorter time period than those in conventional techniques without needing to add an unfavorable ingredient, while the thickness (number of cell layers) can easily be controlled. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the biological tissue includes: adding a culture solution containing cells to a culture container having a non-cell-adhesive inner bottom surface; culturing the added cells to adhere the cells to each other to form the tissue, while applying centrifugal force to the cells in the container toward the inner bottom surface; and then peeling and recovering the obtained tissue from the inner bottom surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
