PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an accident such as cutting off flesh due to wrong use of a nail clipper. SOLUTION: The nail clipper having a warning function includes: a capacitive sensing module 200 installed under a bow-shaped cutting edge of the nail clipper having a bow-shaped cutting edge to measure a distance between the bow-shaped cutting edge of the nail clipper and the flesh under the nail; a warning module 400 installed on the bow-shaped cutting edge of the nail clipper; and a control module 300 installed in the lower part of the nail clipper, connected to the capacitive sensing module 200 and the warning module 400, capable of presetting a warning distance and comparing the corresponding reference voltage with a variable sensing voltage, and adapted to amplify and filter an output signal from the capacitive sensing module 200 after voltage comparison, drive the warning module 400 when the distance between the bow-shaped cutting edge and the flesh under the nail becomes shorter than the warning distance and output a warning signal.
