PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a bearing of a motor shaft and to stably rotate the motor shaft without making a special design change on the motor side and without requiring special high skill in assembly of a pinion shaft. SOLUTION: The coupling shaft structure includes a first coupling shaft member 38 capable of being connected to the motor shaft 32, and a second coupling shaft member 40 arranged between the first coupling shaft member 38 and the other end 34B of the pinion shaft 34. The pinion shaft 34 is supported by a coupling shaft case 46 through first and second pinion shaft bearings 42 and 44, the second coupling shaft member 40 can be moved to an axial direction between the first coupling shaft member 38 and the pinion shaft 34 larger than the smaller one (δ1) of axial playsδ1 andδ2 of the first and the second pinion shaft bearings 42 and 44 of the pinion shaft 34, and is formed by resin softer than any one of the first coupling shaft member 38 or the pinion shaft 34.
