A wireless base station in which a wireless communication unit performs wireless communication with a terminal under the wireless base station by using a channel among a plurality type of wireless channels, an analysis unit analyses the use state of the wireless channel used by the terminal under the wireless base station and a control unit controls information delivered to the terminal according to the result analyzed by the analysis unit. The terminal in which the wireless communication unit performs wireless communication with the wireless base station by using a channel among the plurality type of wireless channels and an output unit outputs the information delivered from the wireless base station according to the type of the wireless channels used for the communication with the wireless base station. The information delivered from the wireless base station may be outputted to a notification device.
