<p>The invention relates to the field of engineering and may be utilized, in particular, in metal working, instrument engineering, machine-tool engineering and the tool industry. A device for the treatment of parts comprises a resonance working chamber and, mounted on one of the walls thereof in the upper part, an additional chamber designed to allow the cavity thereof to be connected to a source of compressed air and connected to the cavity of the working chamber by means of a slot nozzle. A plate for creating acoustic vibrations in the resonance chamber is mounted in the resonance chamber at the level of the slot nozzle and is designed to be capable of moving in a reciprocating motion relative to the slot nozzle for the purpose of regulating the frequency of the vibrations produced by the plate. The plate has parallel guide slots on the lower side thereof over the entire length thereof and is mounted on the walls of the resonance chamber such that the edges of the parallel walls of the resonance chamber are situated in the guide slots to permit the reciprocating motion of the plate relative to the slot nozzle for the purpose of regulating the frequency of the vibrations produced by the plate. The invention provides for an improvement in the operational characteristics of the parts and tools treated, as well as improved wear resistance and treatment process productivity.</p> |
