PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope insertion guide capable of easily and quickly expanding the inside of a body cavity while supplying a medical agent into the body cavity without forcing burdens on an operator or a subject. SOLUTION: In the endoscope insertion guide 100 for inserting a cylindrical body 1 into the body cavity, expanding the body cavity, then inserting the insertion part of an endoscope into the cylindrical body 1 and guiding it inside the body cavity, the cylindrical body 1 comprises: a ring-like fixing member 3 on one end side; a plurality of frame members 5 bonded along the circumferential direction of the ring-like fixing member 3 and extending in a direction along the axis G of the cylindrical body 1; and a ring-like balloon member 7 bonded to the other end side opposite to the ring-like fixing member 3 of the frame member 5, for expanding the frame member 5 by expansion by the supply of fluid and narrowing the frame member 5 by shrinkage by the discharge of the fluid.
