<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a necessary value by being mounted with only calculation of a coordinate value of a curved surface, and to acquire a target value from a restricted memory used amount. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An ECU (Electronic Control Unit) 10 analyzes a reply signal replied from a transponder 11 to acquire a pressure frequency and a temperature frequency, and determines an actual pressure value in a tire from the measured pressure frequency and temperature frequency. In this case, a B-spline curved surface S(u, v) is generated by using a temperature frequency, a pressure frequency and a pressure value measured previously in a plurality of times, and a parameter (u, v) is determined from the actual measured values of the temperature frequency and the pressure frequency, and a pressure value corresponding to the parameter (u, v) is calculated.
