PURPOSE: A call processing method in a communication system including an intelligent network and a system thereof are provided to prevent overload not to be applied in the intelligent network by controlling the overlapped call, thereby preventing QoS of a service. CONSTITUTION: If a call connection request is received, a service initiation request message is transmitted(S300). A SCP(Service Control Function) determines whether a real number is set to be locked by analyzing the service open request message(S310). If the real number is not set to be locked, the service control device transmits a service open response message including the real number to an exchange. The exchange sets the real number lock(S340). The exchange attempts a call connection to a termination server by using the real number. |
