PURPOSE: A device for measuring shield effectiveness is provided to measure shield effectiveness of a cable regardless of the kind of the cable and to reduce maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring shield effectiveness is composed as follows. Cable support units(120) fix both ends of a cable. An lead-in line fixing unit(130) controls the movement of a lead-in line. Lead-in line elevating units(140) contact the lead-in line with a cable sample. A measuring unit(150) is connected to the cable sample and measures noise in the cable.
