PURPOSE: A metering system is provided to accurately perform a power off process of an electronic device or, secluding of the power, or billing by improving the reliability of the detection value. CONSTITUTION: A meter(130) comprises a wired communication module in order for a cable transmission. A wireless communication unit comprises the wireless communication module performing the wireless telecommunication. The wireless communication unit transmits the signal inputted from an outer server(100) with the meter. The wireless communication unit transmits signal from meter with the outer server. A wireless and wired converter(120) are connected between the wireless communication unit and meter. The wireless and wired converter changes the signal of the wireless communication method inputted from the wireless communication unit into the wire communication method of meter. The wireless and wired converter change the signal of the wire communication method inputted from meter into the wireless communication method of the wireless communication unit.
