<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a solenoid valve device to exert its performance and embody the whole device in a small construction. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure governor valve and a solenoid pump are integrated using a common solenoid to constitute a solenoid valve, and when this solenoid valve is put in functioning as the pressure governor valve, a drive circuit 90 is controlled by setting the voltage command Vc* through a feedback control so that the current Ic from a current sensor to sense the current flowing through the solenoid becomes identical to the current command Ic* (S120-S160), and when the solenoid valve is allowed to function as solenoid pump, the drive circuit 90 is controlled by setting the voltage command Vc* in the form of rectangular wave without using the feedback control (S180-S200). Thereby, the pressure governor valve and the solenoid pump are integrated while they are able to exert fully their performances, which allows the solenoid valve to be constructed small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
