CONSTITUTION:This ceramic plate separator is provided with a holder 3 for a ceramic block 1 in which plural ceramic plates 2 are superposed, a pressing support 4 for pressing the block 1 against the holder 3 and an ultrasonic vibrator 6 obliquely abutted on the upper end of the block 1 and outputting ultrasonic vibration. |
